Dearborn City Photographer Bruce Harkness works his last assignment Dec. 28 during oath taking ceremonies for newly elected State Rep George Darany at 19^th District Court. Harkness has been the official photographer for the city for over two decades and took a buyout that ends his employment. The city now has no official still photographer, down from four full time shooters in the late 1970’s.

Congressman John Dingell and Wayne County Commissioner Gary Woronchak talk during opening ceremonies for the New ACCESS Youth and Education Facility November 22. Woronchak was recently named chairman of the commission.
