2010 in Review October - December

Jacob Parish, 18, of Dearborn, and John Barry, 16, of Dearborn Heights look to family members in the audience during their arraignment in October for homicide charges and in connection with the death of James Alexander Kozicki, 19, of Dearborn. It is alleged that the defendants robbed the victim and when the 18-year-old defendant drove the car from the scene the victim was dragged by the vehicle.  Kozicki was taken to a local hospital where he died from injuries he sustained.
